通知、演講、致辭、便條及倡議書類書面表達(dá)在高考中不如書信或電子郵件的考查普遍，但是，在平時的模擬試題中也有出現(xiàn)。
通知、演講、致辭、便條及倡議書的寫作特點(diǎn)：
1．通知通常有兩種：口頭通知和
7、書面通知。注意以下幾點(diǎn)：(1)通知正文上面正中的地方往往有Notice(或NOTICE)一詞。(2)發(fā)出通知的人或單位名稱一般寫在左下角。(3)主要時態(tài)為一般將來時?？陬^通知開頭：Everyone, attention please! I have an announcement to make.
2．演講稿包括發(fā)言稿。演講稿屬于說明文或議論文的文體，總是以第一人稱的口吻寫，開頭往往有“Boys and girls” “Ladies and gentlemen”等稱呼語，或“Hello！” “Good afternoon/morning！”等問候語。最后要以“Thank you”來致謝。
