Althoughmanypeopleseethepursuit(追求) ofexcellenceasagoodthing,researchershavefoundthatinextremecases,perfectionismisactuallylinkedtopoorermentalhealth.Inonestudy,researcherslooked

5、atatotalof284studiesandfoundthatperfectionistsfeltdepressedandanxiousandevenhadeatingdisorders.Theyalsofoundthatpeoplehigherinperfectionismalsoreportedhigherlevelsofoverallpsychologicaldistress(痛苦).Inotherwords,althoughpeoplemaythinkoftheirperfectionismassomethingthathelpsthemsucceed,itappearsthatth
