2、過合理地選擇注射機(jī)并對(duì)注塑壓力、最大注塑量、鎖模力、開模行程等相關(guān)方面進(jìn)行校核,進(jìn)一步保證設(shè)計(jì)的合理型,并設(shè)計(jì)溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)和闡述模具裝配等方面。本次設(shè)計(jì)完成了塑料端蓋的生產(chǎn),此次設(shè)計(jì)不僅結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,生產(chǎn)效率高,而且運(yùn)動(dòng)可靠生產(chǎn)成本低。最重要的是適用于人們的生活中。關(guān)鍵詞:端蓋注塑模具;分型面;注塑模具;注射機(jī)IIPlasticendcapinjectionmolddesignAbstractWiththedevelopmentofsocietydifferentvarietiesandfunctionplasticappearanceinourlives,plasticproductionsha
