1、 第六章 LUBE OIL SYSTEM 潤(rùn)滑油系統(tǒng) 6.1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION一般描述 The lube oil system supplies filtered lubricating oil to turbine engine bearings and various package components within operating pressure and temperature limits. The lube oil system is monitored by the package control system and incorporat

2、es lube oil reservoir, oil cooling system, pumps, filters, pressure control devices, and temperature control valves.潤(rùn)滑油系統(tǒng)過(guò)濾的潤(rùn)滑油供給透平引擎軸承及各種裝置部件,以使之處于操作溫度及壓力限值之內(nèi)。潤(rùn)滑油系統(tǒng)由裝置控制系統(tǒng)監(jiān)視,與潤(rùn)滑油存儲(chǔ)罐、油冷卻系統(tǒng)、泵、過(guò)濾器、壓力控制設(shè)備及溫度控制閥合為一體。 6.1.1 General Lubricating Oil Requirements一般潤(rùn)滑油要求 Lubricating oil containing suitable

3、 additives must meet physical and chemical requirements in Table 6.1.1. Lubricating oil shall not contain additives that are degradable below 284°F (140°C) or water separable. Additives shall remain uniformly distributed throughout the oil at all temperatures above pour point up to 284°F (140°C).包含有

Suitable heaters and auxiliary pu

Check oil on

18、 a regular basis (once a month) for contamination and degradation. Degradation varies with each application. Actual limits must be determined by customer experience. Oil must be drained and replaced whenever any of the following criteria is met:油品的服役壽命隨黏度、酸性物質(zhì)的增加或者水分的增加而變化。常規(guī)的油品檢查為污染及老化檢查。老化程度因不同的應(yīng)用

20、單位 6.2 FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION功能描述 The following is a functional description of the lube oil system. 21、from Lube Oil Reservoir (R901) by Main Lube Oil Pump (P901) to the lube oil manifold. Oil pressure in the manifold is regulated by the Main Lube Oil Pressure Control Valve (PCV901).潤(rùn)滑油由主潤(rùn)滑油泵(P901)從儲(chǔ)存罐(R901)到潤(rùn)滑油歧路。歧路中油壓由主潤(rùn)滑油壓力控制閥(PC901)調(diào)節(jié)。 If the lube oil temperature is low, Temperature Control Valv

22、e (TCV901) diverts the flow of oil from Water/Oil Cooler (HX902-1). As the oil temperature rises, control valve TCV901 gradually directs the flow of oil into water/oil cooler HX902-1. From the cooler, oil flows through Main Lube Oil Filter Assembly (FS901) to the oil supply manifold and through vari

24、(Figure 6.2.1). If pump/motor assembly BP903 pressure reaches 4 psi (27.6 kPa), the control system deenergizes pump/motor assembly BP903 and energizes Pre/Post Lube Oil Pump (P902) (Figure 6.2.2). If pump P902 discharge pressure reaches 6 psi (41.3 kPa), the control system allows the engine prelube

26、3 Prelube Cycle前潤(rùn)滑周期 After the lube oil pump checks are completed, the prelube timeout timer (60 seconds) is started (Figure 6.2.3). The prelube timeout timer is the allowable time for pump P902 to complete the prelube cycle. When the lube oil pressure is greater than the prelube low pressure limit

27、 of 6 psi (41.3 kPa), the prelube timer (30 seconds) is started. The engine must be prelubed at a pressure above 6 psi (41.3 kPa) continuously for the duration of the prelube timer (30 seconds). This prelube must occur within the time of the prelube timeout timer (60 seconds). If the prelube timer t

At this point, engine-driven pump P901

30、begins providing lube oil pressure and continues to the steady-state condition (Figure 6.2.4). 34、 limit. When the lube oil pressure is no longer below the lube oil pressure low alarm limit, pump/motor assembly BP903 continues to run for 30 seconds and is then deenergized. The first is an automatic check, that the control system performs on a daily basis; the second an operator initia

Every day at 12:00 pm, a backup pump check is annunciated, indicating that a check

42、 of pump/motor assembly BP903 has been initiated. Pump/motor assembly BP903 is energized. When pump/motor assembly BP903 has increased lube oil pressure above the minimum setpoint for 90-seconds, pump/motor assembly BP903 is deenergized and the backup pump check ends.泵/馬達(dá)裝置BP903的操作每24小時(shí)檢查一遍。每天12點(diǎn),引發(fā)

The sequence of events for manually checking the

46、si (41.3 kPa) between the completion of the prelube cycle and the starter dropout speed. Ten seconds after starter dropout speed has been achieved, if the pressure is below 41 psi (282.5 kPa), a low lube oil pressure alarm is annunciated. If the pressure is below 25 psi (172.25 kPa), a fast stop, no
