Mr. Bian, the project manager and his assistant, Mr. zhang are leading a group to be executed. Because there’s no direct flight available from China to the

32、Traveling)的問題,因而,作為從事國際工程的有關(guān)人員就需要學(xué)習(xí)一些旅途用語和了解一些飛行常識,以便順利地到達工程施工所在國。 一般說來,一個項目的人員往往分批而行,由于人多事雜,大家要相互照應(yīng),注意帶好自己的物品,尤其是護照(Passport)和機票(Ticket)。登機前,要到有關(guān)航空公司的機場服務(wù)臺(Check-in Counter)憑機票和護照領(lǐng)取登機卡(Boarding Card),并辦理托運行李手續(xù)。注意,在行李標(biāo)簽上一定要填寫清楚你的姓名和將行李托運到的地方,填寫名字時,要注意英語的Given Name是“名”,而Last Name/Family Name/Sur

33、name則指的是“姓”,以免取行李時遇到麻煩。航空公司對免費托運的行李重量有一定的限額(baggage allowance),一般為七十磅(約為三十二公斤),超重的部分要繳納托運費,而且費用很高,所以,登機前要問清楚,盡可能避免超重。另外,對每件行李的重量也有限制。 在飛機上,用餐是免費的,飲料一般也是免費的,但有些航班對供應(yīng)的各種不含酒精的飲料(Soft Drinks)不收費,對供應(yīng)的啤酒(Beer)卻是收費的。要喝啤酒,可要做好空中小姐(stewardess/Air Hostess向你“one dollar,please.”(請付一美元.)的準(zhǔn)備喲。在到達目的地前,機上服務(wù)人員就

34、會發(fā)給你兩張表格,一張是旅客入境卡(Landing Card)和另一張是海關(guān)申報單(Customs Statement)。在每座位靠背后的袋子里一般都有旅客須知之類的小冊子(Brochure),里面有告訴旅客怎樣填寫的說明和范例,可供你參考。下飛機后,你得先到機場移民局,交上旅客人境卡,移民局官員在檢查你的護照和簽證并詢問一些問題之后,若沒發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,就會讓你人境。接下來你需要到領(lǐng)取行李處(Baggage Claim Area)領(lǐng)取行李。最后再到海關(guān)(Customs)交上海關(guān)申報單,辦理人關(guān)手續(xù)。 如果你是過境(in transit),在過境國短暫停留幾天后,還須換機(Change Plane
