2、jectives and Adverbs(形容詞和副詞的比較級) (二)能力目標(biāo) 使學(xué)生能初步了解形容詞比較級別的有關(guān)知識。 (三)情感目標(biāo) 教會學(xué)生正確評價(jià)別人,學(xué)會尊重別人,與別人友好相處。 【教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn)】 教學(xué)重點(diǎn): New words, sentences and Grammar : The Comparative Degrees of Adjectives and Adverbs . 比較級結(jié)構(gòu): 1)主語(sb / sth)+ be +形容詞比較級 + than +… 2)The comparatives with “–er/ier

3、” or “more” 教學(xué)難點(diǎn):比較級的讀音及不顧則變化形式。 【教學(xué)方法】 主要使用創(chuàng)設(shè)情景法。抓住用英語交際的機(jī)會,在交際中把注意力集中在意思的表達(dá)上,必要時(shí)借助手勢和表情。用漂亮的圖片調(diào)動學(xué)生的感官進(jìn)行聽說讀寫的訓(xùn)練。 【教學(xué)手段】 利用電教媒體創(chuàng)設(shè)真實(shí)的教學(xué)情景,使學(xué)生在真實(shí)的語境中感知英語,這樣可以拓展學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語和使用英語的渠道,同時(shí)也極大地提高了學(xué)生學(xué)英語的興趣。并通過各種各樣的教學(xué)活動,如:猜詞意、表演對話、看課件上的圖片、回答問題、討論等形式,努力倡導(dǎo)學(xué)生積極參與,讓學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中不僅能建構(gòu)知識,提高語言能力,而且通過感知、體驗(yàn)、實(shí)踐、參與和合作探究等方式完成

4、任務(wù)和實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)。 【教學(xué)流程】 Step 1 唱英文歌 Sing an English song : If you’re happy and you know it. (通過唱這首歡快的英文歌激發(fā)起學(xué)生上課的熱情。) Step 2 導(dǎo)入新課 Make a conversation. T:I have a sister. Can you guess what she looks like and what she is like? S:She is tall. /She is thin. / She has long hair./She is easygoing./…

5、T:Let’s look at our photos. (Show them on the screen.) Please talk about us. S:She is shorter than you. /She has shorter hair than you. /She is thinner than you. /… (Students get information from the photos.) T:I’m more outgoing than my sister.(Lead in the class subject.) 6、的對話練習(xí),這樣既能調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,又能簡單了解學(xué)生小學(xué)時(shí)已學(xué)過的形容詞比較級的掌握程度,為以下的學(xué)習(xí)做好鋪墊。) Step 3 教授單詞 1)讓學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)新單詞,開展競賽活動,看誰能用最快的速度記住新單詞。(這樣既可調(diào)動課堂氣氛,又可提高求知欲望,一舉兩得。) 2) Ask the students to describe 3 pairs of twins in the pictures in Section A. Then show some photos about famous persons on the screen. And let the students talk

7、 about their appearances, using some adjectives, such as curly /straight, tall / short, heavy / thin, funny / serious, outgoing / quiet, smart / foolish, short hair/ long hair, beautiful / ugly, friendly / unfriendly …etc. 3) Make the students match each word with the opposite and then check the a

8、nswers together. (先讓學(xué)生自己用形容詞描述,再找出成對的反義詞,這樣充分利用課本資源和網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,進(jìn)行詞匯教學(xué),詞不離句,可令學(xué)生更好更主動地掌握新單詞。) Step 4 找出規(guī)則 Show three pictures on the screen. Get students to sum the rules of the comparative degrees of adjectives. First let them discuss in groups. Then show the rules on the screen and ask them to correc

(先讓學(xué)生根據(jù)所給圖片及圖上的英語句型,自己歸納總結(jié)語法知識點(diǎn),再小組合作進(jìn)一步完善,老師因勢利導(dǎo),這樣有利于開啟學(xué)生的思維,體現(xiàn)了以學(xué)生為中心的教學(xué)特點(diǎn)。) Step 5 相關(guān)練習(xí) 讓學(xué)生寫出下面形容詞的比較級并分類: funny, serious, calm, wild, big, fat, outgoing, athletic, dirty, heavy, thin, tall (做這個(gè)練習(xí)的目的是使學(xué)生熟練掌握比較級的變化規(guī)則。) Step 6 聽力廣場 1. Listen to the tape and number

Step 7 小組練習(xí) Ask the students to make a conversation in pairs according to the chart below. Let them make a short coversation like this: Model: A: Is Tom smarter t

11、han Sam? B: No, he isn’t. But Tom is more athletic than Sam. Ss work in pairs. Then ask some pairs to act them out in class.
