模糊評(píng)判法在學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)中的應(yīng)用
1、引言
學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)是學(xué)校教學(xué)管理中的重要一節(jié),其中涉及獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)定、三好學(xué)生評(píng)定、以及關(guān)系學(xué)生前途的畢業(yè)證評(píng)語(yǔ)等。而傳統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)模式就是以學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)論“英雄”,其缺點(diǎn)在于評(píng)價(jià)模式過于單一,而對(duì)于學(xué)生的個(gè)人特長(zhǎng)、還有其他一些優(yōu)秀的地方,比如好人好事等反映學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的方面沒有反映出來,所以其評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果不是十分的公允。本文給出了一種模糊評(píng)判法可以很好的應(yīng)用在學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)中。本評(píng)價(jià)方法將學(xué)生的考試成績(jī)、平時(shí)成績(jī)、個(gè)人特長(zhǎng)發(fā)揮、好人好事等體現(xiàn)個(gè)人綜合素質(zhì)的方面都作為評(píng)價(jià)因數(shù),然后運(yùn)用模糊評(píng)判法得出一個(gè)綜合結(jié)果。從而可以在獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)定、三好學(xué)生評(píng)定、入黨審查以及畢業(yè)評(píng)語(yǔ)等提供更公允的依據(jù)。
2、學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)的影響因素
因?yàn)閷W(xué)校所在的地區(qū)不同,所以學(xué)校的周邊環(huán)境也不相同,這對(duì)學(xué)生的行為會(huì)有一定的影響,還有學(xué)校的管理模式等不同,對(duì)學(xué)生的評(píng)價(jià)都有一定的影響,在學(xué)校的教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)中對(duì)學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)的主要因素主要有以下幾個(gè)方面:
1、考試成績(jī)。學(xué)生的主要任務(wù)是學(xué)習(xí),考試成績(jī)能反映出學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)的努力程度、對(duì)所學(xué)課程的掌握程度等。所以考試成績(jī)一直作為評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生的主要依據(jù)。
2、特長(zhǎng)發(fā)揮。個(gè)人特長(zhǎng)作為一個(gè)人的重要優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)一個(gè)人的影響是巨大的。一個(gè)學(xué)生能將自己的特長(zhǎng)無私的展現(xiàn)和奉獻(xiàn)給大家,比如在學(xué)校的文藝匯演、體育競(jìng)技等方面,不僅能說明該生有某種潛力,也說明該生具有奉獻(xiàn)精神。
3、好人好事??梢詫⒑萌撕檬伦鳛轶w現(xiàn)一個(gè)學(xué)生的思想境界和綜合素質(zhì)的重要依據(jù),因?yàn)樯鐣?huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)需要的是德才兼?zhèn)涞娜瞬牛掠质亲钪匾摹?
4、其他。比如遞交入黨申請(qǐng)書、參加各種社團(tuán)活動(dòng)、助研助教、積極參加各種比賽等都可以反映一個(gè)學(xué)生的思想和他所具備的技術(shù)水平,所以也可以將其作為學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)的一項(xiàng)依據(jù)。
3、模糊評(píng)判法在學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)中的應(yīng)用
模糊綜合評(píng)判法是一種運(yùn)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)原理對(duì)一些事物的多種屬性或影響事物特性好壞優(yōu)劣的影響因素,作出一個(gè)合理的綜合的評(píng)判。通過各因子的權(quán)重以及各因子與對(duì)象的模糊矩陣經(jīng)模糊運(yùn)算,通過一定的數(shù)學(xué)模型,對(duì)對(duì)象作出模糊評(píng)判。
(1)確定因素集
因素是對(duì)象的各種性能和質(zhì)量指標(biāo),一個(gè)對(duì)象的評(píng)價(jià)因素有很多,他們能反映一個(gè)對(duì)象的質(zhì)量,從而對(duì)對(duì)象進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),設(shè)因素m個(gè),則因素集。
(2)確定因素權(quán)重集

4、結(jié)論
本文研究模糊評(píng)判法在教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)中的學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)的應(yīng)用,通過對(duì)影響學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)的各種因素的分析而對(duì)其賦予不同的權(quán)重,利用模糊評(píng)判法對(duì)學(xué)生做出一個(gè)綜合的評(píng)判。由于本人水平有限,再加上本文是針對(duì)特定地區(qū)的個(gè)別教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的評(píng)判,在文中的權(quán)重通過專家調(diào)查分析而來,帶有一定的主觀色彩。
