要</p><p>本課題最終形成神龍G29及T91,東風(fēng)D760項(xiàng)目制件中的上支架-前懸架減震器正沖側(cè)沖模具,進(jìn)行三維數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)。 通過其他公司的試驗(yàn),針對神龍G29及T91,東風(fēng)D760項(xiàng)目制件,對上支架-前懸架減震器正沖側(cè)沖模具進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)模具三維數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)與虛擬裝配。用以指導(dǎo)神龍G29及T91,東風(fēng)D760項(xiàng)目制件正沖側(cè)沖模具的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,達(dá)到提高生產(chǎn)效率、獲得高質(zhì)量產(chǎn)品的目標(biāo)。就神龍G29及T91,東風(fēng)D760項(xiàng)目制件模具設(shè)計(jì),通過現(xiàn)場調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)存在如下主要問題:1:模具制造周期長,成本高,人工操作量大,勞動(dòng)時(shí)間長,根據(jù)工廠的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,規(guī)劃出好的生產(chǎn)加工工藝過程,設(shè)計(jì)出合理的方案,達(dá)到降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率的目的,以方便后面的工藝設(shè)計(jì)。2:此次生產(chǎn)需要了解產(chǎn)品,對圖紙進(jìn)行深入分析?;谏鲜鲈颍瑢ι颀圙29及T91,東風(fēng)D760項(xiàng)目制件正沖,側(cè)沖模具設(shè)計(jì)研究已勢在必行。通過對模具的設(shè)計(jì),不但能夠縮短生產(chǎn)周期,降低制造成本,提高加工精度,延長刀具壽命,而且依據(jù)本公司產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)及發(fā)展需要,可以建立或完善生產(chǎn)加工工藝流程,從而更大程度上提高模具設(shè)計(jì)水平,獲取更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:正沖側(cè)沖模具 computer aided design, realizes the mould 3 d digital design and virtual assembly.To guide the dragon G29 and T91, dongfeng D760 project parts are side blow mould production practice, to improve production efficiency, high quality products.Is the dragon G29 and T91, dongfeng D760 stamping mould design project, through the field investigation found the main problems are as follows: 1: mold manufacturing cycle is long, high cost, large amount of manual operation, work time is long, according to the factory production equipment, planning a good production and processing process, design a reasonable solution, to reduce the production cost, improve production efficiency, the purpose of the design for the back of the process.2: the need to understand products, in-depth analysis was
