<p>舌簧片沖孔落料復合模具設計【優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設計含proe三維10張CAD圖紙+帶外文翻譯+37頁加正文1.13萬字】-cymj09</p><p>舌簧片沖孔落料復合模具設計</p><p>摘 要</p><p>本次設計了一套落料、沖孔的模具。經(jīng)過查閱資料,首先要對零件進行工藝分析。經(jīng)過工藝分析和對比,采用落料、沖孔工序。通過沖裁力、頂件力、卸料力等計算,確定壓力機的型號。再分析對沖壓件加工的模具適用類型選擇所需設計的模具。得出將設計的模具類型后將模具的各工作零部件設計過程表達出來。</p><p>在文檔中主要敘述了沖壓模具的發(fā)展狀況,說明了沖壓模具的重要性與本次設計的意義,接著是對沖壓件的工藝分析,完成了工藝方案的確定。對零件排樣圖的設計,完成了材料利用率的計算。再進行沖裁工藝力的計算和沖裁模工作部分的設計計算,對選擇沖壓設備提供依據(jù)。最后對主要零部件的設計和標準件的選擇,為本次設計模具的繪制和模具的成形提供依據(jù),以及為裝配圖各尺寸提供依據(jù)。通過前面的設計方案畫出模具各零件圖和裝配圖。</p><p>本次設計闡述了沖壓倒裝復合模的結構設計及工作過程。本模具性能可靠,運行平穩(wěn),提高了產(chǎn)品質量和生產(chǎn)效率,降低勞動強度和生產(chǎn)成本。</p><p>關鍵詞:沖壓模;復合模;</p><p>ABSTRACT</p><p>This design of a blanking, punching the mold.
