摘 要
球磨機(jī)是通過圓筒內(nèi)的鋼球在材料之上作用來(lái)碾磨材料的,是一種能有效的碾磨多種材料的工具。其被廣泛地應(yīng)用于建材、化工、礦山等行業(yè)。
球磨機(jī)的能量利用率很低,這和物料在磨內(nèi)分布情況有極大的關(guān)系。越靠近筒體的外層運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,研磨作用越大。而磨機(jī)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)時(shí),物料進(jìn)入筒體就直接落入內(nèi)層,內(nèi)層的物料要經(jīng)過較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間才能進(jìn)入外層充分碾磨,從而損失了大量能量。
本文作者完成的設(shè)計(jì)主要包括根據(jù)一些原始數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合實(shí)際條件和情況對(duì)球磨機(jī)一些參數(shù)進(jìn)行擬定,再根據(jù)擬定的參數(shù),進(jìn)行傳動(dòng)方案的比較,確定傳動(dòng)方案。然后計(jì)算各傳動(dòng)副的傳動(dòng)比及齒輪齒數(shù),再估算齒輪的模數(shù)和各軸的軸徑,并對(duì)齒輪和軸的強(qiáng)度、剛度進(jìn)行校核。

Abstract

Therefore discovered more approached the grinding machine outer layer, the abrasive action is bigger. When grinding machine actual production, the materials entered the mill to fall directly the inner layer, the process dynamics analysis, the inner layer material had to through the long time to enter the outer layer, reduced the production efficiency greatly.
The design that the author of this text finished includes according to some initial data mainly. Combine actual condition and situation draft to some parameters of ball mill, and then according to the parameter drafted. Carry on the comparison of the transmission scheme, confirm the transmission scheme. It then can't calculate every transmission transmission of the packs than and gear wheel tooth count, estimate modulus and the every axle foot-paths of axle of gear wheel more, And check the intensity, rigidity of gear wheel and axle .
