保持架沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)題目為保持架前半部分設(shè)計(jì),落料拉深沖孔復(fù)合模設(shè)計(jì),體現(xiàn)了拉深件沖壓零件的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向,有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過(guò)對(duì)該零件的模具設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了我的沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的沖壓件做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用沖壓成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),首先分析了該零件的材料和各方面的要求和拉深原理分析、拉深工藝方案的選擇、沖孔和落料工藝方案的選擇、模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算為沖壓工藝做好了準(zhǔn)備;查資料材料的各力學(xué)性能,便于選取壓力機(jī),計(jì)算了各主要工作零件的尺寸,查資料選取的各零件的選用和安裝方法。
本制件與其他拉深件不同,工序復(fù)雜,在這我做的是落料、拉深、沖預(yù)孔工序。沖壓該零件時(shí),普遍采用落料、拉深、沖孔、三道工序,生產(chǎn)效率低,成本也高。為此設(shè)計(jì)了該零件的落料、拉深、沖孔復(fù)合模具,是原三道工序合為一,大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率。

Abstract: This design topic is frame before half part design, design of compound die of blanking drawing piercing, reflects the design of deep drawing stamping parts requirements, content and direction, the design of a certain significance. This product is different, and other drawing of complex processes, blanking, drawing, punching hole process in this I do is. The parts stamping, blanking, drawing, punching, three processes widely used, the production efficiency is low, the cost is high. For the design of the blanking, drawing, punching compound die of the part, is the original three processes are combined into one, greatly improving the efficiency of production.
