摘 要
本說(shuō)明書(shū)描述了MG200/475-W型液壓牽引采煤機(jī)整機(jī)方案設(shè)計(jì)以及截割部的設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算過(guò)程。
MG200/475-W型液壓牽引采煤機(jī)可用于煤層厚度為1.3-2.5m、煤質(zhì)中硬的緩傾斜煤層。與傳統(tǒng)的縱向布置的單電機(jī)采煤機(jī)相比，該采煤機(jī)將截割電機(jī)直接安裝在截割部殼體內(nèi)，齒輪減速裝置全部集中在截割部殼體及行星減速器內(nèi)，取消了螺旋傘齒輪、固定減速箱、搖臂回轉(zhuǎn)套等結(jié)構(gòu)，使其結(jié)構(gòu)更簡(jiǎn)單、緊湊，可靠性更高。
截割部是采煤機(jī)直接落煤、裝煤的部分，其消耗的功率約占整個(gè)采煤機(jī)功率的80%-90%，主要由截割部殼體、截割電機(jī)、齒輪減速裝置、滾筒等組成。該采煤機(jī)的截割部采用四級(jí)傳動(dòng)；前三級(jí)為直齒傳動(dòng)，第四級(jí)為行星傳動(dòng)。二級(jí)傳動(dòng)的圓柱齒輪為可換齒輪，使輸出轉(zhuǎn)速可根據(jù)不同的煤質(zhì)硬度在兩檔速度內(nèi)選取。截割部采用了三個(gè)惰輪軸，使采煤機(jī)能夠滿(mǎn)足截割高度對(duì)截割部長(zhǎng)度的要求。設(shè)計(jì)將截割部行星減速器和滾筒直接聯(lián)結(jié)，取消了安裝在滾筒上的截齒，使結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、可靠。
