LPX6電動機下置式錘式破碎機

摘要：本文介紹了立軸錘式破碎機的工作原理及破碎實質(zhì)，并對破碎機主要參數(shù)進行了設計。本次設計的是單轉子、多排錘、不可逆式的電動機下置式立軸錘式破碎機，型號為LPX6 500。立軸錘式破碎機由上蓋、機殼、立軸轉子、底座和傳動裝置組成。上蓋一側上面設有喂料口（進料斗），中間設有轉子軸承座。機殼內(nèi)裝有可拆換的反擊板，中心立軸轉子安裝有數(shù)排對稱布置的打擊錘頭，傳動裝置由異步電動機、電機機座、張緊機構及傳動機構構成，同立軸轉子相連，底座下部設有出料口及料斗。破碎腔里面的破碎機構采用單轉子多排錘可逆式，單轉子即一根主軸，多排錘頭通過連接裝置固定在主軸上，錘頭交錯布置。而且錘頭的回轉采用可逆式，這樣能夠在錘頭遇到大的破碎阻力時，錘頭向相反的方向轉動，減輕主軸的承載負荷，保護主軸不被損壞。里面的破碎襯板通過螺栓連接固定在筒體上。筒體和破碎機構固定在底架上。
