摘要
通過對國內(nèi)外塑料管材機械生產(chǎn)線的研究分析,確定了無屑切割機做為本課題的主要設(shè)計內(nèi)容。無屑切割機用于塑料管材的定長切割,在切割過程中機架上的移動臺可以沿著管材擠出方向移動,并保持與管材的同步進給速度。在切割機的前部裝有托輪裝置,托輪起到支撐和導(dǎo)向的作用,針對不同管徑時要予以調(diào)節(jié)。當(dāng)翻料架上的行程開關(guān)或編碼器發(fā)出切割信號后,機器夾緊裝置上的夾緊控制裝置夾牢管材,使管材在切割過程中相對固定,夾緊裝置為夾緊塊哈夫夾緊,在切割不同規(guī)格的管材時,調(diào)換相對應(yīng)的哈夫塊。
切割工作指令的實現(xiàn)由電機通過V 帶傳動,而刀片的切削進給由氣缸活塞桿緩緩?fù)七M而進行的,氣缸推力的大小可由氣缸的調(diào)節(jié)閥調(diào)節(jié)。刀片的無屑切割進給由移動盤和左右移動架來完成的,其中筒軸由軸承支承和定位,所以旋轉(zhuǎn)中心不變使切割機切割管材端面平整,尺寸規(guī)范。進刀深度由氣缸導(dǎo)向桿旁邊的限位調(diào)節(jié)絲桿調(diào)節(jié)控制。不同規(guī)格的厚度管材,調(diào)節(jié)絲桿的調(diào)節(jié)量大小不同。
設(shè)計過程中查閱了大量國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)資料,所做的設(shè)計運用所學(xué)的所有專業(yè)課程。下文主要闡述塑料管材無屑切割機總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。
切割機設(shè)計主要包括,帶傳動機構(gòu)、夾緊機構(gòu)、切割機構(gòu)、切屑工作臺移動導(dǎo)軌、機架設(shè)計。

After turns material on the limit switch or the encoder sends out cuts the signal, machine clamp clamps the control equipment firm tubing, causes the tubing in to cut in the process to be relatively fixed, the clamp for clamps block Haff to clamp, when cuts the different specification the tubing, exchanges Haff block which corresponds.
Cuts the working order the realization by the electrical machinery through V belt transmission, but the bit cutting for slowly pushes by the cylinder piston rod then carries on, the air cylinder thrust for cesize may by the air cylinder regulating valve adjustment.
