YK3150滾刀主軸主件設計
摘要
本文的課題是滾齒機的數控化中滾刀主軸部件的設計,首先對齒輪加工行業(yè)的工藝及制齒設備和需求進行了分析,針對以汽車工業(yè)為龍頭帶動相關齒輪行業(yè)的企業(yè)由生產型向制造型企業(yè)的轉變和提升,而對制齒設備在加工精度和加式效率的更高要求,提出了開發(fā)數控滾齒機的設想。
本文對國內、外數控滾齒機技術的發(fā)展進行了跟蹤分析,結合國內現行數控滾齒機的發(fā)展水平,較為合理、科學地制定了數控滾齒機滾刀主軸的基本性能參數。在主軸電機的選擇,主軸關鍵技術如靜剛度,支承件等進行了分析。并設計計算了滾刀主軸主件的配置方案,以及零件的選擇。力求更加合理、經濟,在對重要部件的結構設計上突出獨創(chuàng)和創(chuàng)新點,以最大限度滿足重載、高效的切齒條件。
最后,總結了本文的設計工作,得出了一些有益的結論。

Abstract
This article is the subject of the CNC gear hobbing machine hob spindle components in the design, first gear machining technology and manufacturing industry and demand for dental equipment for the analysis, for in order to bring about the automobile industry as the leading industry gear from production-oriented enterprises to changes in manufacturing enterprises and the upgrading of equipment on the system of tooth type in the processing efficiency and processing accuracy higher demands put forward the idea of the development of CNC hobbing machine.
In this paper, domestic and foreign technology CNC hobbing a follow-up analysis, combined with the internal level of development of CNC gear hobbing machine, a more reasonable and scientifically formulated hob spindle CNC hobbing the basic performance parameters. The choice of the spindle motor, spindle key technologies such as static stiffness, the bearing parts and so analyzed. And design and calculation of the hob spindle configuration of the main pieces of the program, as well as the choice of components. Seek a more rational, the economy, an important component in the structural design of original and innovative highlight in order to best meet the heavy-duty, high-performance conditions of the tooth.
Finally, this article summarizes the design work, to draw some useful conclusions.
