柴油動(dòng)力 SUV汽車車架與制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
本部分設(shè)計(jì)是柴油動(dòng)力 SUV汽車車架與制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)本次設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)分別對(duì)不同類型的車架,制動(dòng)器進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)型式分析,確定設(shè)計(jì)方案。
車架設(shè)計(jì),采用梯形車架,由于車架的作用是增加車身的強(qiáng)度和剛度,以承受彎曲和扭曲載荷。本部分設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)是其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)對(duì)其縱橫梁的布置,確定其尺寸參數(shù),在對(duì)整車中受最大力的危險(xiǎn)截面進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度,剛度校核,能滿足危險(xiǎn)截面的車架的一點(diǎn)也滿足比其受力小的受力截面,給出了強(qiáng)度計(jì)算方法并作精確的校核計(jì)算,對(duì)車架應(yīng)力作了分析,驗(yàn)證車架強(qiáng)度和剛度合格。
制動(dòng)系設(shè)計(jì)部分,通過(guò)制動(dòng)器的各個(gè)主要部件的受力分析及制動(dòng)力的大小和車輪尺寸確定制動(dòng)蹄片和制動(dòng)盤的大小,及制動(dòng)輪缸的直徑的大小;制動(dòng)器為前盤后鼓式,即前制動(dòng)器是浮鉗式制動(dòng)器,后制動(dòng)器是領(lǐng)從蹄式制動(dòng)器,其驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)采用雙回路結(jié)構(gòu);駐車制動(dòng)采用手動(dòng)駐車,其驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)是機(jī)械式驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)。通過(guò)理論的推到計(jì)算,并根據(jù)總體參數(shù)和制動(dòng)器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),對(duì)該車的制動(dòng)性能等做細(xì)致的分析。
