自從H型鋼自動組對機投入使用以來,由于其對H型鋼技術參數保證的決定性作用而成為組對工序中必不可少的設備。H型鋼自動組對機工作首選切割機下料,將平整后的鋼板(包括翼緣板和腹板)吊放進組對機軌道上,用組對機的夾緊裝置進行翼板和腹板初步夾緊定位,由主動輸入輥道將工件輸入主機,主機上事先調整好腹板和翼板基準尺寸,也就是可將工件準確定位點焊,然后自動循環(huán)按鈕,進行頭部定位點焊,然后將點好的H型鋼用龍門吊吊離組對機后,進入下一道工序。H型鋼組對機是保證H型鋼技術參數的重要設備,主要由四個大型傳動機構組成,具體包括:腹板上壓輪傳動機構、翼板左右定位夾緊機構、腹板左右定位夾緊機構及輸入輸出輥道傳動機構等。腹板上壓輪傳動機構采用液壓夾緊,使用的動力由液壓缸傳遞至上壓輪,上壓輪外部中心處采用V型槽設計,能確保規(guī)定范圍內不同寬窄的腹板定位準確和自動對中準確,不需要每次重新調整;上壓輪內部采用推力軸承,不僅能方便H型鋼在輥道上傳輸,還可使H型鋼腹板在傳輸時能夠充分接觸到翼板, 對于H型鋼截面高度尺寸的保證,起到了重要作用。
通過大量的操作實例證明,包括H型鋼自動組對機和門式埋弧焊在內大量先進的儀器設備的應用,節(jié)約了成本,減少了工期,保證了質量的可靠行,確保無安全隱患等。韶鋼合金鋼、優(yōu)質鋼棒材軋機改建工程的3000t焊接H型鋼應用了新型的儀器設備,H型鋼焊接合格率達到99%,大大的提高了制作質量和可靠程度,生產效率提高了五倍,而且整個項目較傳統(tǒng)組對焊接工藝節(jié)省了約20萬元,創(chuàng)造了可觀的經濟效益。
