摘 要
本課題研究設(shè)計了一種鋼管管端成型機(jī),該機(jī)用于將無縫鋼管管端加工成杯狀、喇叭狀等異形,也可用于其它材料管件的脹形加工。
首先綜合比較了目前國內(nèi)外四種不同原理的脹管方法,并根據(jù)具體的生產(chǎn)情況制定了本課題的解決方案,即采用機(jī)械脹管中的后退式脹管原理。該機(jī)的兩個液壓控制執(zhí)行器用來實現(xiàn)對工件的夾緊和脹形。對本機(jī)的總體方案進(jìn)行了論證與擬定,并進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。然后對該機(jī)的液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。首先通過計算確定執(zhí)行器所受外載,從而計算出執(zhí)行器的相關(guān)參數(shù)并對其進(jìn)行選型,繼而對驅(qū)動電機(jī)和泵進(jìn)行選型,并選定了液壓系統(tǒng)中的控制閥和輔件。繪制出該機(jī)的液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖后,將其轉(zhuǎn)化為集成塊單元回路圖,并據(jù)此圖對集成塊組進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。最后對液壓泵組和油箱進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。合理布置管路后,將集成塊組、液壓泵組和油箱裝配在一起,即對液壓站進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。

Title The Design of machine for the End of the Steel Tube
Molding
Abstract
The question for discussion designed a sort of machine for the end of the steel tube molding. The machine is used for processing the end of the sew (non-seam) steel tube into abnormity of cup form and trumpet etc. Also it can be used in different shape of other tube of different materials. First, I established the solution of the topic through the comparation of the four kind method of different principles of expanding the end of the steel tube, according to the frondose producing condition. The solution is that I chose the method of pulling the shaft out of the principles in machine. The machine contains two enforce implements, controlled by the Hydraulic system, achieving the effect of clamping and expanding. Then I carried through the argumentation and draw-up the collectivity project of the machine, and designed the structure of the machine. Second, I designed the Hydraulic system of the machine. At the beginning, I calculated the perform part’s load of the external, and calculated the related parameter of the perform part and chose the suited type, then I chose the type of electromotor and pump, and chose the control valve and assistant component in the Hydraulic system, After plotted the principle diagram of the Hydraulic system of the machine, I transformed the diagram into the picture of the loop of the integrating blocks. And designed the structure of the integrating blocks according to the picture. Finally I designed the combination of the hydraulic pump and oil box. After disposed the pipelines, I assembled the integrating blocks and the combination of the hydraulic pump, also and the oil box, that is I designed the combination of the hydraulic system.
