本設(shè)計的題目是泡沫滅火器噴嘴，通過塑件的工藝分析、注塑模結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及有關(guān)計算、模具閉合高的的確定、注塑機有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核等，該模具基本符合要求。
該塑件要求表面沒有毛刺、凹陷等缺陷，沒有其它特別要求，故注塑較易實現(xiàn)。根據(jù)塑件的成型要求及模腔的排列方式，選用潛伏式澆口比較合適，該模具型芯采用組合式結(jié)構(gòu)，有利于填充、排氣。
型芯主要是成形制件的內(nèi)表面，本模具把型芯固定在定模一側(cè)，這樣可以簡單模具的結(jié)構(gòu)?？紤]加工的難易程度和材料的價值利用、塑件的形狀和尺寸，并考慮到塑件的生產(chǎn)率，本模具采用一模二件的結(jié)構(gòu)形式；凹模主要成型塑件外表面，結(jié)構(gòu)較簡單，將型腔設(shè)計成組合式結(jié)構(gòu)，既保證塑件外觀與質(zhì)量，模具加工也比較方便。從塑件結(jié)構(gòu)上看，將型腔與斜滑塊設(shè)計在一起，組成一個抽芯機構(gòu)。
