支架注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)
【摘要】 注塑模的結(jié)構(gòu)是由塑料制品結(jié)構(gòu)、注塑機(jī)種類與規(guī)格所決定的。本文分析了面蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)工藝特點(diǎn),根據(jù)注射成型工藝、注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)、模具制造等理論知識(shí)及要求,結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)的綜合性知識(shí),工藝特點(diǎn)及功能、技術(shù)要求,參考現(xiàn)有的注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)資料,完成了對(duì)面蓋注塑模具的方案設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,完成了注塑機(jī)型號(hào)的選用與校核,分型面和行腔數(shù)目的確定,完成了澆注系統(tǒng)、冷卻裝置、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)等注塑模總體結(jié)構(gòu)和部件的設(shè)計(jì)。
利用Autocad繪制出注塑模具的總裝配圖和部分零件圖,最后,利用UG軟件完成了注塑模具的零件造型。

Frame injection mold design
【 Abstract 】injection mold structure is formed by plastic injection molding machine structure, types and specifications of the decision. This paper analyses the surface cover structure technology characteristics, according to the injection molding process, mold design, mold manufacturing and other theoretical knowledge and requirements, combined with the production practice of integrated knowledge, process characteristics and function, technical requirements, with reference to the existing injection mold design, completed the cap injection mold design. Through design calculation, completion of the injection machine type selection and check, the parting surface and cavity number determination, completed the pouring system, cooling device, demoulding mechanism such as injection mold the overall structure and components of the design.
The use of Autocad drawing for injection mold assembly drawing and parts drawing, finally, use UG software to complete the injection mold parts modeling.
