摘 要
本文是對箱體零件三維造型及零件的機械加工工藝路線進行設(shè)計,并按照加工工序的要求進行了夾具設(shè)計。三維造型主要表達了零件的造型過程,并可根據(jù)零件三維圖樣自動生成零件的數(shù)控加工程序。
主軸箱作為箱體類零件,其主要加工表面是平面及孔。其加工路線長,加工時間多,加工成本較高,零件的加工精度要求也較高。按照機械加工工藝要求,遵循先面后孔的原則,并將孔與平面的加工明確劃分成粗加工和精加工階段以保證加工精度?;鶞?zhǔn)選擇以底面作為粗基準(zhǔn),以底面與兩個工藝孔作為精基準(zhǔn),確定了其加工的工藝路線和加工中所需要的各種工藝參數(shù)。
在零件的夾具設(shè)計中,主要是根據(jù)零件加工工序要求,分析應(yīng)限的自由度數(shù),進而根據(jù)零件的表面特征選定定位元件,再分析所選定位元件能否限定應(yīng)限自由度。確定了定位元件后還需要選擇夾緊元件,最后就是確定專用夾具的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。

Abstract
