刀桿手動壓力機設計
摘要: 本課題是刀桿手動壓力機的設計，針對機械裝置工作條件，設計符合實際工作要求的壓力機。壓力機的設計包括齒輪軸、齒條、箱體的設計和一些零部件的選用校核等。在設計過程中，根據(jù)任務書提供的壓力機的長度、寬度、高度、行程等要求，完成壓力機的總體設計。對壓力機進行受力分析，完成齒輪的設計。由于壓力機的機身結構緊湊，齒輪與軸連成一體，做成齒輪軸結構。在齒輪軸設計時候，完成選用軸承、擬定軸上的零件的裝配方案、校核軸的強度要求等工作。完成齒輪軸結構的的設計后，就可以進一步確定與其嚙合的齒條的尺寸，并設計齒條的工藝規(guī)程。齒條的工藝規(guī)程設計有兩種方案，比較兩種方案的優(yōu)劣，選擇合適的一種。軸承對壓力機的工作發(fā)揮著重要的作用，應該校核其強度，設計其密封裝置等。在以上各項工作完成后，可以設計壓力機機身（箱體）的設計和軸承端蓋的設計。最后，還應進行成本校核，成本核算的實質是一種數(shù)據(jù)信息處理加工的轉換過程，即將日常已發(fā)生的各種資金的耗費，按一定方法和程序，按照已經確定的成本核算對象或使用范圍進行費用的匯集和分配的過程。成本校核的目的是為了在滿足機械工作要求和加工精度的基礎上，設計出最經濟廉價產品。
