拉絲模拋光機的反求創(chuàng)新設(shè)計
摘要：通過國外拉絲模拋光機的圖片資料，在消化吸收引進國外先進技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，反求創(chuàng)新設(shè)計拉絲模拋光機。本設(shè)計以機械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計為基礎(chǔ)完成了控制拋光絲往復(fù)移動的液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和夾緊拉絲模的夾緊裝置設(shè)計，帶傳動裝置具體參數(shù)和尺寸的設(shè)計以及關(guān)鍵零部件及總裝圖的三維造型。在控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計中，主要完成了液壓缸和油箱的設(shè)計，以及泵組零件連接的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和聯(lián)軸器的選擇。該拋光機的特點在于用雙桿活塞液壓缸來控制拋光絲的往復(fù)運動，通過拋光絲的往復(fù)運動和夾具的旋轉(zhuǎn)運動形成的復(fù)合運動來實現(xiàn)對拉絲模內(nèi)孔的研磨拋光。

Creative Reverse Design on Drawing Die Polishing Machine
Abstract: On the basis of advanced foreign technology and the abroad picture materials of drawing die, the drawing die polishing machine was creative reverse designed. Basing on the mechanical structural design, the creative design completes the design of hydraulic system which is used to control the reciprocating movement of polishing wire and clamping device which is used to clamp polishing wire. The specific parameters and dimensions of belt driver transmission device, key components and the three-dimensional modeling are also designed here. In the design of control system, hydraulic cylinders, fuel tanks, the structure of pumping systems’ connection parts are designed, and the coupling also has been choose. The characteristics of this polishing machine is that it uses the double-piston hydraulic cylinders to control the reciprocating movement, through the compound motion which is formed by the drawing wire’s reciprocating movement and the fixture’s rotary motion to realize the lapping and polishing on the hole in drawing die.
