摘要
塑料工業(yè)是當(dāng)今世界上增長最快的工業(yè)門類之一,而注塑模具是其中發(fā)展較快的種類,因此,研究注塑模具對了解塑料產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有很大意義。
本設(shè)計介紹了注射成型的基本原理,特別是單分型面注射模具的結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理,對注塑產(chǎn)品提出了基本的設(shè)計原則;詳細(xì)介紹了塑件工藝的分析過程和注射模具澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計過程,并對材料要求做了說明。
通過本設(shè)計,可以對注塑模具有一個初步的認(rèn)識,注意到設(shè)計中的某些細(xì)節(jié)問題,了解模具結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理;通過對Pro/E、UG的學(xué)習(xí),可以建立較簡單零件的零件庫,從而有效的提高工作效率。

1 塑件成型工藝性分析
1.1塑件制品結(jié)構(gòu)分析
本設(shè)計記為風(fēng)扇調(diào)速旋鈕,如圖1.1所示塑件的質(zhì)量要求不允許有裂紋和變形缺陷的;塑件材料為ABS,生產(chǎn)為大批量,塑件公差按模具設(shè)計要求進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換。
該塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)不算復(fù)雜,但是產(chǎn)品外表面帶有花紋,產(chǎn)品里面也有凹槽,因為此產(chǎn)品是作為風(fēng)扇調(diào)速旋鈕使用,大批量生產(chǎn)。所要求的制造精度不高,所以要求模具的制造精度也不高,因要與手部接觸,所以保證塑件表面質(zhì)量即可。
