摘要
船用廢氣燃燒臂是一種用于排放輪船尾氣的一套裝備,其中燃燒臂為懸臂結(jié)構(gòu).在現(xiàn)有的燃燒臂過(guò)程中,一般采用船用吊機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)方法所設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)過(guò)于保守,使得結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量偏大.燃燒臂結(jié)構(gòu)安全系數(shù)會(huì)過(guò)大,不僅導(dǎo)致材料浪費(fèi)和成本增加,而且還會(huì)對(duì)整個(gè)船體的穩(wěn)定性不利.回面燃燒臂結(jié)構(gòu)需要進(jìn)行專門的設(shè)計(jì).本文燃燒臂底座采用了專門用于回轉(zhuǎn)的回轉(zhuǎn)支承.

在回轉(zhuǎn)速度低,功率大的燃燒臂裝置中,所要求的減速器軸需要很高的強(qiáng)度,因此通過(guò)參考一些比較權(quán)威的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)之后,再通過(guò)強(qiáng)度校核,選用減速器的軸材料為20CrMn.
