摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)主要對(duì)端蓋的沖裁工藝性和拉深工藝性進(jìn)行了分析,通過分析工件結(jié)構(gòu)、使用要求、零件質(zhì)量等制定了幾種工藝方案,經(jīng)過幾種方案的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)比較,最后確定使用落料沖孔拉深復(fù)合模。本次設(shè)計(jì)首先確定了拉深次數(shù),通過拉深次數(shù)來確定工藝方案,根據(jù)材料利用率來確定排樣方式,通過沖壓力計(jì)算選定壓力機(jī)。對(duì)模具工作部分尺寸進(jìn)行計(jì)算,模具主要零部件設(shè)計(jì)(如凸凹模、拉深凸模、凸模固定板、卸料方式、送料方式等)和模具整體設(shè)計(jì)來選定模架,對(duì)壓力機(jī)和模具閉合高度進(jìn)行校核,最后繪制模具總裝圖。模具的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)當(dāng)效率高、安全、可靠,模具零件應(yīng)耐磨耐用。

Abstract: this design is mainly on the end cover of blanking technology and deep drawing process was analyzed, and through the analysis of the workpiece structure, the use requirement, parts make several process such as quality plan, through the advantages and disadvantages of several schemes comparison, finally determined using blanking punching deep drawing composite modulus. This design first determine the drawing number, through deep drawing number to determine the processing plan, according to the material utilization to determine layout, selected through the calculation of impact force press. The working parts of die size calculation, major parts of the mold design, such as intensive, drawing punch, punch fixed plate, discharge way, feeding methods, etc.) and overall design to choose die set, check the press and die shut height, finally draw the mold assembly diagram. The design of the should shall be safe and reliable, high efficiency, mold parts should be wear resistant and durable.
