29、 隨著時代科技的迅猛發(fā)展,微電子學和計算機等現代電子技術的成就給傳統的電子 測量與儀器帶來了巨大的沖擊和革命性的影響。常規(guī)的測試儀器儀表和控制裝置被更先 進的智能儀器所取代,使得傳統的電子測量儀器在遠離、功能、精度及自動化水平定方 面發(fā)生了巨大變化,并相應的出現了各種各樣的智能儀器控制系統,使得科學實驗和應 用工程的自動化程度得以顯著提高。 本文設計的電子秤以單片機為主要部件,用匯編語言進行軟件設計,硬件則以差動 變壓器式(LVDT)位移傳感器為主,測量0?10mm傳感器輸出的電量是模擬量,數值比較 小達不到A/D轉換接收的電壓范圍。所以送 A/D轉換之前要對其進行前端放大、整形濾 波等處理
30、。然后,A/D轉換的結果才能送單片機進行數據處理并顯示。 第一章總體方案設計 1.1設計目的 差動變壓器式(LVDT)位移傳感器廣泛應用于工業(yè)現場和測試領域,如過程檢測和自 動控制、形變測量等,適用于油污、光照等惡劣環(huán)境。這種傳感器可靠而耐用,但選用 它監(jiān)控機械位移量,還需設計與傳感器配套的測量裝置 研制開發(fā)的位移測量裝置適用于工業(yè)現場和多種測試領域。按照使用的要求,系統 可實現:有效量程10mm,精度0.0lmm; LED同時顯示1-4路測量值;零點值重置等功能。 通過本次課程設計,達到以下三點: (1) .通過本次課程設計加深對差動變壓 器電感傳感器在工程實踐中的應用的了解;

第二章硬件電路設計
2.1傳感器的工作原理
差動變壓器由一只初級線圈和二只次 線圈及一個鐵芯組成,根據內外層排列不
同,有二段式和三段式,本實驗采用三段式 結構。當差動變壓器隨著被測體移動時差動 變壓器的鐵芯也隨著軸向位移,從而使初級 線圈和次級線圈之間的互感發(fā)生變化促使
次級線圈感應電勢產生變化,一只次級感應 電勢增加,另一只感應電勢則減少,將兩只

次級反向用接(同名端連接),就引出差動電勢輸出。
利用兩個線圈之間互感的變化引
起感應電勢的變化,來獲得與被測量成一定函數關系的輸出電壓,實現非電量的測量。
應用最多的是螺線管式差動變壓器,它可以測量 1?100(mm范圍內的機械位移、150Hz
以下的低頻振動、加速度、應變、比重、張力、厚度、稱重等一、切能引起機械位移變 化的非電物理量。
本次差動變壓器的原理是建立在 CSY2000a傳感器實訓臺的基礎上的。差動變壓器 電感傳感器具有結構簡單、性能優(yōu)越、測量精度高、靈敏度高和價格合理等優(yōu)點。
