29、 隨著時(shí)代科技的迅猛發(fā)展，微電子學(xué)和計(jì)算機(jī)等現(xiàn)代電子技術(shù)的成就給傳統(tǒng)的電子 測量與儀器帶來了巨大的沖擊和革命性的影響。常規(guī)的測試儀器儀表和控制裝置被更先 進(jìn)的智能儀器所取代，使得傳統(tǒng)的電子測量儀器在遠(yuǎn)離、功能、精度及自動(dòng)化水平定方 面發(fā)生了巨大變化，并相應(yīng)的出現(xiàn)了各種各樣的智能儀器控制系統(tǒng)，使得科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)和應(yīng) 用工程的自動(dòng)化程度得以顯著提高。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的電子秤以單片機(jī)為主要部件，用匯編語言進(jìn)行軟件設(shè)計(jì)，硬件則以差動(dòng) 變壓器式(LVDT)位移傳感器為主，測量0?10mm傳感器輸出的電量是模擬量，數(shù)值比較 小達(dá)不到A/D轉(zhuǎn)換接收的電壓范圍。所以送 A/D轉(zhuǎn)換之前要對其進(jìn)行前端放大、整形濾 波等處理

30、。然后，A/D轉(zhuǎn)換的結(jié)果才能送單片機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理并顯示。 第一章總體方案設(shè)計(jì) 1.1設(shè)計(jì)目的 差動(dòng)變壓器式(LVDT)位移傳感器廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場和測試領(lǐng)域，如過程檢測和自 動(dòng)控制、形變測量等，適用于油污、光照等惡劣環(huán)境。這種傳感器可靠而耐用，但選用 它監(jiān)控機(jī)械位移量，還需設(shè)計(jì)與傳感器配套的測量裝置 研制開發(fā)的位移測量裝置適用于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場和多種測試領(lǐng)域。按照使用的要求，系統(tǒng) 可實(shí)現(xiàn):有效量程10mm,精度0.0lmm; LED同時(shí)顯示1-4路測量值；零點(diǎn)值重置等功能。 通過本次課程設(shè)計(jì)，達(dá)到以下三點(diǎn)： (1) .通過本次課程設(shè)計(jì)加深對差動(dòng)變壓 器電感傳感器在工程實(shí)踐中的應(yīng)用的了解；
