GKT-13型高位舉升路燈維護(hù)車改裝設(shè)計 舉升部分【,GKT-13型高位舉升路燈維護(hù)車改裝設(shè)計,舉升部分【,GKT,13,高位,路燈,維護(hù),改裝,設(shè)計,部分 黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 摘 要 隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，專用車輛已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于各個行業(yè)，并發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。作為專用車輛中最高端的產(chǎn)品類型之一，高空作業(yè)車的產(chǎn)品數(shù)量和性能質(zhì)量的需求也在不斷提高。高位舉升路燈維護(hù)車屬于高空作業(yè)車高空作業(yè)車是運(yùn)送人員和器材到現(xiàn)場并進(jìn)行空中作業(yè)的專用車輛。通過對學(xué)校高位舉升路燈維護(hù)車的使用情況的調(diào)研，了解設(shè)計其過程中出現(xiàn)的問題，并提出改進(jìn)方案，用增加自動限制幅度、高度、載荷、角度、支腿的穩(wěn)定性等安全措施提高學(xué)校高位舉升路燈為回車的安全性，并運(yùn)用材料力學(xué)、理論力學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ)和計算方法，在滿足材料強(qiáng)度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性的條件下，設(shè)計既經(jīng)濟(jì)又安全的金屬結(jié)構(gòu)，優(yōu)化車輛的設(shè)計發(fā)現(xiàn)并更正設(shè)計缺陷，完善設(shè)計方案，通過對學(xué)校高位路燈維護(hù)車的改裝，從而研制出一種高穩(wěn)定性、高可靠性、高適用性的好產(chǎn)品。通過對學(xué)校高位路燈維護(hù)車的改裝設(shè)計究能夠使學(xué)生了解專用汽車改裝設(shè)計方法，通過本課題的研究，學(xué)生可以運(yùn)用所學(xué)的汽車構(gòu)造，專用汽車改造，汽車?yán)碚摚囋O(shè)計等專業(yè)知識，加深對汽車專業(yè)技能的理解理論課程的實踐總結(jié)，獲得一定的工程設(shè)計工作方法。 關(guān)鍵詞：高空作業(yè)車；結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計；舉升機(jī)構(gòu)；回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)；路燈安裝車 ABSTRACT With the development of social economy, special vehicles have been widely used in various industries, and is playing the more and more vital role.
