通過實(shí)際調(diào)研、認(rèn)知普通機(jī)床和數(shù)控機(jī)床、采集相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),分析零件的機(jī)械加工工藝路線、金屬切削加工過程中的機(jī)床工作臺(tái)驅(qū)動(dòng)、工件夾緊等方面的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合工藝工裝設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論知識,完成零件機(jī)械加工工藝文件的擬定及專用夾具的設(shè)計(jì),并進(jìn)行主要工序的工序尺寸及公差的計(jì)算,對零件的定位誤差進(jìn)行分析等。
擬采取的研究方法、技術(shù)路線、實(shí)驗(yàn)方案及可行性分析
