2、e holidays in English. 4. Learn to write a e-mail in English after learning the text. Teaching important points 1. To learn the key words and phrases : excited ,Australia ,hope ,yours ,go to the beach 2. Understand the meaning of the text and can read it till freely. Teaching difficult points:

3、 1. Learn how to use the sentences structures : like to do sth, be from ,hope to do sth 2. Key sentences: I am so excited. I like to go swimming in summer. She is from Australia. I hope to go to Australia and see Anne next Christmas. Teaching method :listening, sp

4、eaking, reading and practicing Teaching Aids: audiotape, flashcards Teaching procedure: Step1: Warming up: 1) Greetings. Greet the students with everyday English 2) Have a simple revision about this unit had learned: ?How many seasons are there in a year? What are they? ?How many months are

5、 there in a year? What are they? ?How many dates are there in a week? What are they? ④How is the weather today? Step2: Preview Checking: 1) Translate the following: ?去游泳 ?去沙灘 ?希望做某事 ④假日快樂 2) Complete the sentences according to the requirement ?The summer ho

Step7: Homework Supermarket: 1) Master the new words and phrases of the text, and try to remember by heart; 2) Understand the meaning of the text and can read it till fluently and freely; 3) Imagine you are Wang Mei. Write an e-mail back to Jenny. In the e-mail, try to answer all of Jenny’s questions. 4) Preview lesson43.
