50、態(tài)模擬國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室;2.中國第一汽車集團(tuán)公司技術(shù)中心) 【摘要】利用科里奧利力式回流廢氣質(zhì)量流量計(jì)和層流式進(jìn)氣流量計(jì)構(gòu)建了雙流量實(shí)時(shí)EGR率測(cè)量系統(tǒng)。在EGR階躍工況下測(cè)量了EGR率響應(yīng)特性并與傳統(tǒng)的CO2示蹤法進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,二者在穩(wěn)定段測(cè)得的EGR率相近,同時(shí)雙流量EGR率測(cè)量系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)時(shí)間(約為0.7s)與系統(tǒng)本身響應(yīng)時(shí)間相近,表明該雙流量EGR率測(cè)量系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)EGR率的實(shí)時(shí)、高精度測(cè)量。針對(duì)該系統(tǒng)存在的問題及擬解決方案進(jìn)行了探討。 主題詞:EGR率 測(cè)量 雙流量計(jì) 瞬態(tài)工況 Development of Dual Flow EGR Rate Measurement System

58、 汽車車身A級(jí)曲面的表示與次數(shù)選擇 徐家川 李迪 李旭 (山東理工大學(xué)) 【摘要】分析了汽車車身在光順過程中曲線曲面的Bézier表示方法和B樣條表示方法,并對(duì)2種方法表示的曲線曲面品質(zhì)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出選用Bézier表示方法光順汽車車身A級(jí)曲面,同時(shí)根據(jù)高次曲線曲面的振蕩性和光順要求,將曲線曲面的次數(shù)限制在2~7次。試驗(yàn)表明,采用Bézier方法得到的某汽車車身曲面符合造型要求,其曲面之間的斑馬線光滑過渡,達(dá)到了A級(jí)曲面的要求。 主題詞:車身,A級(jí)曲面,表示方法 Representing Method and Degree Selection

On this basis, it is proposed in the paper to select Bézier representing method to smoothen Class A curved surface of auto-body, meanwhile, the time of curved surface is limited to two to seven times according to the requirement of oscillation and smooth of high-degree curved surface. The test indicates that the auto-body curved surface processed with Bézier method complies with styling requirement, the zebra line smooth transition satisfies the requirement of Class A curved surface.
