Lesson 2 At the School Library(第1課時(shí))
一.學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo):
幫助學(xué)生掌握一些圖書室的規(guī)則,以及如何借書,續(xù)借和催還自己想看的書等方法。
(一)基礎(chǔ)目標(biāo):
1. 認(rèn)識(shí)Vocabulary中的單詞:fine, pay a fine, renew, loan, on loan, at most, recall, due, fill in, in time, so that, at a time
2、, case, in that case, otherwise;
2. 學(xué)會(huì)用so that 引導(dǎo)的賓語從句和till/not….until的用法。
3. 能正確理解May I help you? = What can I do for you? 有什么需要幫助的么?
學(xué)會(huì)表達(dá)自己的目的,詢問圖書館的一些規(guī)則。
(二)發(fā)展目標(biāo):
1.結(jié)合課文內(nèi)容拓展一些單詞:fine,library,collection,recall,use,store,music;
2.能夠熟練的應(yīng)用一些到圖書館借書的語言;
3.能夠聽錄音跟讀單詞。達(dá)到能聽出單詞并且知道漢語的目的。

能夠熟練的應(yīng)用一些到圖書館借書的語言;
能掌握so that引導(dǎo)的目的狀語從句。
培養(yǎng)學(xué)生熱愛讀書、保護(hù)圖書的習(xí)慣
情感態(tài)度:了解西方的圖書館文化。
二.教學(xué)重點(diǎn):
fine, pay a fine, renew, loan, on loan, at most, recall, due, fill in, in time, so that, at a time, case, in that case, otherwise這些詞匯的用法;so that 引導(dǎo)的賓語從句。
三.教學(xué)難點(diǎn):
so that 與 in order to do 的用法。

4、 (為了……以便) + 目的狀語從句,用來連接兩個(gè)句子
in order to 后面跟動(dòng)詞原形。

loan =thing that is lent 暫借,貸款
on loan 暫借的;被暫借的
at most 至多 = no more than at least 至少
recall vt./n.
6、 收回/催還通知書 = order sb. to return
due adj. 要到期了
over-due adj. 過期了
fill vi./vt. 填寫 (只能表示動(dòng)作,不能表示狀態(tài))
(2) Teaching methods: The teacher play the tape of the new words, then read aloud after it together.
(3) Purpose:
①聽錄音,跟讀,讓學(xué)生模仿,感受最純正的讀音, 創(chuàng)造英語學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。
② 熟悉本課所用的單詞,能更熟練、準(zhǔn)確的理解課文。
