Kids game? “Rock,Paper,Scissors” is usually a kids’ game,but some adults still take it seriously.Pete Lovering of the US won the World Rock Paper Scissors Society’s first open international championship last Monday in Toronto,Canada. He was one of the more than 250 grown-ups who took part in the competition over the weekend.Lovering,who works for a website,won US $1 200 in prize money,a video game system and a gold medal.The 36-year-old said the secret to winning was keeping a clear mind and judging each player separately. 111
