一. 課時分析
本課時通過學(xué)習(xí)閱讀材料“Have you ever been to Singapore”,掌握閱讀策略(即在閱讀完后學(xué)生寫下自己學(xué)到的東西),并增進(jìn)學(xué)生對世界上其他國家的了解。
二. 學(xué)情分析
學(xué)生在八年級下冊Unit3和Unit9 Section A、Section B已經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)并掌握了現(xiàn)在完成時的用法。本課時將學(xué)習(xí)閱讀關(guān)于新加坡的風(fēng)土人情。通過讀說寫技能訓(xùn)練,給學(xué)生提供更多語言輸入和輸出的機(jī)會,更好地學(xué)習(xí)并運(yùn)用閱讀策略。
三. 學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)
1. 語言技能目標(biāo):
2、能聽懂教師對有關(guān)文章的提問,能在教師的幫助引導(dǎo)下順利完成對長篇閱讀材料的理解,并用自己的語言表達(dá)已學(xué)到的知識。

教學(xué)反思
八年級英語課堂教研討會暨送教下鄉(xiāng)活動在健跳中學(xué)展開。我很榮幸能和另外三位老師在這次活動中向同行們展示自己的課堂教學(xué)過程。在這短短一天中,我學(xué)到了很多,也深刻意識到自己在備課、課堂教學(xué)過程中存在諸多缺點(diǎn)。現(xiàn)作反思如下:
一、成功之處:
1.備課之前,跟讀錄音熟悉文本,花大量時間、精力“吃透”文本,對教學(xué)目標(biāo)定位的準(zhǔn)確性起到了很大的作用。

12、備課中,緊緊圍繞教學(xué)目標(biāo)層層展開教學(xué)步驟;各個環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)形式多樣,避免課堂教學(xué)過程枯燥乏味。
3.教學(xué)過程中詞匯教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)突出,呈現(xiàn)方式多樣;環(huán)節(jié)之間的過渡語簡潔明了,隨時關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況,改變提問方式。
二、不足之處:
1.Fast reading這一環(huán)節(jié)中,自然段與要點(diǎn)的連線過于繁雜,實(shí)際上第一自然段主要是關(guān)于languages,第四自然段關(guān)于weather,這樣更加簡單清晰。
2.精讀中,對第一段講解時,我提問“What’s the population?”,這個問句針對不明確,不合理。換成“How many Chinese are there in Singapore?”可能比
13、較妥當(dāng)。
3.在第二段關(guān)于food in Singapore中,我無法幫助學(xué)生很好理解“Indian food”。說明我備課前準(zhǔn)備工作還是不夠充分,沒有花時間去查找關(guān)于新加坡的風(fēng)土人情,對這個國家的了解只局限于課文知識。究其原因,還是我自己平時過于自負(fù),考慮事情不夠周全。
4. 5個重點(diǎn)詞匯教學(xué)中,對“fear”的呈現(xiàn),其實(shí)我的手勢表情可以夸張些,讓學(xué)生一看我動作神態(tài)就能猜測詞義??梢娫谡n堂上,我還是沒有完全放開。
5.在After reading中,我通過課文3a, 3b和3c的練習(xí),然后讓學(xué)生用自己的語言表達(dá)這堂課中已學(xué)的知識即“A guide to Singapore”。在這個環(huán)節(jié)
14、中,我其實(shí)可以省略課文中3a至3c的練習(xí)或把它們作為課后作業(yè),從而留出更多的時間在“A guide to Singapore”,使得目標(biāo)的達(dá)成更明顯有效。
三、結(jié)束語
“吃一塹,長一智”,今天的反思就是明天的進(jìn)步。向同行學(xué)習(xí),向優(yōu)秀的前輩學(xué)習(xí),向外籍教師Justin學(xué)習(xí)?!鞍氤吒皖^,更進(jìn)一步”,我相信自己,可以走得更遠(yuǎn)。
