摘要:為探究施磚對紫花莒蓿增產(chǎn)效應.營養(yǎng)價值及氮、磷利用率的影響,探明施磷對紫花苜蓿蛋白質(zhì)合成、積累影 響的原因?選用品種甘農(nóng)3號,在田間小區(qū)條件下優(yōu)化氮肥基礎上研究了不同磷素水平(Pc:0 kg ? hm UP“1
3、26 kg - hm SP::252 kg - hm'2)對紫花苜蓿生產(chǎn)性能.營養(yǎng)價值、氮.磷利用率及氮代謝關鍵酶的影響。結果表明? 在適宜的氮肥施用粗的基礎上J26 kg ? hm-2處理紫花苜甯年總產(chǎn)繪賤髙.為33312. 3 kg ? hm^ ?顯著高于0和 252 kg ? hm2處理(PV0. 05).126和252 kg ? hm 2處理的硝酸還原醐(NR)和谷氮酰胺合成醉(GS)活性.粗蛋白 含址和總蛋白產(chǎn)出笊、氮素吸收效率利氮累生產(chǎn)效率均顯著窩于0 kg ? hm-?處理
4、降?說明對紫花苜蓿施用隣肥可顯著增產(chǎn)■提升品質(zhì)及提髙N. P利用率;璘肥的施用扯在紫花苜蓿的產(chǎn)fit、品質(zhì)和利用率的角度均表現(xiàn)為報酬遞減規(guī)律,說明在紫花苜蓿的生產(chǎn) 中磷肥的施用械存在閾值。在施磷水平中表現(xiàn)最優(yōu)的是126 kg ? hm \適宜的磷索主要通過激發(fā)NR和GS活 性?加強自身的氮代謝能力促進對氮素的吸收和同化?從而提商紫花苛蓿產(chǎn)僦、品質(zhì)及氮索利用效率。
