光盤盒底盒注塑模具設(shè)計與制造
摘 要
模具是現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的重要工藝裝備,被稱為“工業(yè)之母”。而注塑模具又在整個模具工業(yè)中一枝獨秀,發(fā)展極為迅速,在工業(yè)(汽車、通信電子)、農(nóng)業(yè)、國防(航空航天)和日常生活(家用電器)的領(lǐng)域有著極為廣泛的應(yīng)用?,F(xiàn)代塑料制件的生產(chǎn)中,合理的注塑成型工藝、先進的注塑成型模具及高精度、高效率的注塑設(shè)備是當(dāng)代塑料成型加工中必不可少的三個重要因素。通過本次光盤底盒注塑模的設(shè)計了解了模具設(shè)計的過程。模具主要零部件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計是模具設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容,其內(nèi)容包含了凹模結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、凸模結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、脫模機構(gòu)設(shè)計、導(dǎo)柱與導(dǎo)套、模架的選取等重要零部件的設(shè)計加工方法和加工注意要點。隨著我國制造業(yè)的國際地位的不斷提高,模具工業(yè)獲得了飛速的發(fā)展,模具的需求量也成倍增加,其生產(chǎn)周期愈來愈短。其特點為:品種多樣化;生產(chǎn)過程多樣化;生產(chǎn)能力復(fù)雜化。為解決這一問題,首先要普及CAD 技術(shù),利用現(xiàn)代的CAD/CAM/CAE 技術(shù),才是經(jīng)濟、快捷的模具開發(fā)設(shè)計制造手段,也是其今后的發(fā)展方向。本設(shè)計采用軟件為Pro/E和AutoCAD,利用這些軟件各自強大的功能實現(xiàn)了模具設(shè)計的快速化、自動化。

Abstract

In industry (automotive, communications, electronics), agriculture, national defense (aerospace), and daily life (home appliances), the field has a very wide range of applications. The production of modern plastic parts, injection molding process, injection molding mold and injection molding of high precision and high efficiency equipment is essential in the contemporary plastic molding of three important factors. Understanding the mold design process through the box end of the disc injection mold design. the mold design is the main components of the mold structural design .Its content includes the structural design of the die convex mold structure design, mold release agencies, guide posts and guide bush, mold selection of important parts of the design and processing methods and processing points to note. With the continuous improvement of the international status of China's manufacturing industry, the mold industry has developed rapidly, the demand for mold doubled its production cycle becomes shorter. Genetic diversity; diversification of the production process; complex production capacity are the characteristics. To solve this problem, we must first universal CAD technology, the use of modern CAD ??/ CAM / CAE technology is economical and fast development of mold design and manufacture of means, but also the direction of its future development. This design uses the software for Pro / E and AutoCAD, the use of the powerful features of the software to achieve a rapid mold design and automation.
