摘要
塔式起重機(jī)就是動(dòng)臂裝在高聳塔身上部的旋轉(zhuǎn)起重機(jī)。其作業(yè)空間大,主要用于房屋建筑施工中物料的垂直和水平輸送及建筑構(gòu)件的安裝。
本次設(shè)計(jì)的題目是QTZ125塔式起重機(jī)總體、塔身、臂架及起升系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。本設(shè)計(jì)書(shū)主要包括四部分:第一部分主要是對(duì)現(xiàn)今國(guó)內(nèi)外塔式起重機(jī)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、趨勢(shì)以及QTZ125塔式起重機(jī)特點(diǎn)、應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合,做了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)要的概述;第二部分是QTZ125塔式起重機(jī)總體方案的選擇及總體設(shè)計(jì);第三部分是塔身設(shè)計(jì)和校核、第四部分是頂升機(jī)構(gòu)液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及套架校核計(jì)算。
總體設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)《塔式起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》制定總體設(shè)計(jì)原則及選擇主要性能技術(shù)參數(shù),然后綜合考慮塔機(jī)的強(qiáng)度、剛度、穩(wěn)定性、各種工況下的外載荷以及塔機(jī)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性,從而選出合理的設(shè)計(jì)方案。按塔身受載最小的原則確定平衡重的質(zhì)量;再計(jì)算塔機(jī)風(fēng)力和抗傾覆穩(wěn)定性。
塔身設(shè)計(jì)包括塔身標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)選取、塔身受力分析、塔身及連接校核。塔身由豎向的立柱和斜向腹桿構(gòu)成,立柱主要承擔(dān)豎向的荷載,腹桿則主要配合立柱受力,它主要在塔身承受扭轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)發(fā)揮作用。塔身受力分工作和非工作兩種狀態(tài),兩種狀態(tài)分析方法相同。本設(shè)計(jì)的塔身為獨(dú)立式塔身,其力學(xué)模型可看作是一端獨(dú)立一端自由的壓彎桿件。
起升機(jī)構(gòu)頂?shù)脑O(shè)計(jì)主要包括電動(dòng)機(jī)、聯(lián)軸器、制動(dòng)器的選擇,卷筒、吊鉤、
鋼絲繩的選擇。起升機(jī)構(gòu)的主要作用是起升重物。

ABSTRACT
