摘要:圓柱齒輪減速器是一種使用非常廣泛的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)裝置。減速器是用于原動(dòng)機(jī)與工作機(jī)之間的獨(dú)立的傳動(dòng)裝置,用來降低轉(zhuǎn)速和增大轉(zhuǎn)矩,以滿足工作需要。在現(xiàn)代機(jī)械中應(yīng)用極為廣泛,具有品種多、批量小、更新?lián)Q代快的特點(diǎn)。目前生產(chǎn)的各種類型的減速器還存在著體積大、重量重、承載能力低、成本高和使用壽命短等問題,與國外先進(jìn)產(chǎn)品相比還有較大的差距。對(duì)減速器進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),選擇最佳參數(shù)是提高承載能力、減輕重量和降低成本等各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的一種重要途徑。
單級(jí)圓柱齒輪減速器優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)主要是通過計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì),利用fortran語言進(jìn)行編程優(yōu)化。本課題以減速器最大尺寸最小或重量最輕為目標(biāo)函數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)減速器的最優(yōu)參數(shù),研究內(nèi)容:采用復(fù)合形法,以體積最小為目標(biāo)進(jìn)行減速器優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),與常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析,繪制減速器3d裝配圖及主要零件圖
此次設(shè)計(jì)的減速器與常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)比較具有體積小,重量輕,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,成本低等問題。編程方法簡單,能夠很好的達(dá)到優(yōu)化效果,能夠運(yùn)用到工程實(shí)際中去。
