摘 要
本文詳細(xì)介紹了試管注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)?；赑RO/E建模，在完成塑件結(jié)構(gòu)分析后，確定采用一模八腔、點(diǎn)澆口進(jìn)料的模具。根據(jù)基本尺寸，模架從標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架庫(kù)中調(diào)用。同時(shí)，本文對(duì)澆注系統(tǒng)、成型零件、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)、導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)、溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)、排氣系統(tǒng)做了完整的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。

Abstract:
This text has introduced the design of Test tube injection mold in detail. Because of PRO/E modeling, after analyzing the structure of the plastic parts, confirms using eight cavities, point gate a mold. According to the substrate’s size, the mold shelf was choose from the 3D mold base standard library. At the same time, in the text the feed system, shaping part, drawing of patterns organization, shut mould lead organization, temperature control system, exhaust system were designed and calculated totally.
