摘 要
汽車是當(dāng)今人類使用最廣泛的交通工具。汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的自動(dòng)化裝配程度在一定程度上限制了汽車的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)水平。因此對(duì)汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)自動(dòng)裝配生產(chǎn)線的研究，對(duì)提高生產(chǎn)線水準(zhǔn)具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在對(duì)進(jìn)氣口清洗裝置的設(shè)計(jì)中，有幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵的問(wèn)題，首先是頂開(kāi)閥桿的凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)；其次是驅(qū)動(dòng)凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的電動(dòng)機(jī)及皮帶傳動(dòng)部分；再次就是缸蓋的固定問(wèn)題，因?yàn)樵谶M(jìn)氣口和出氣口進(jìn)行高壓空氣清洗時(shí)，會(huì)給氣缸蓋向上的力，所以要做好固定工作。一旦進(jìn)氣口有一些雜質(zhì)或者灰塵粒，就會(huì)導(dǎo)致密封不嚴(yán)，或者漏氣的現(xiàn)象，這樣就會(huì)影響發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的正常工作，所以對(duì)進(jìn)氣口的清洗裝置的設(shè)計(jì)就顯得尤其關(guān)鍵。清洗裝置的設(shè)計(jì)直接影響到發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸蓋的密封性，對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的工作也有很大影響，所以設(shè)計(jì)出一套完整、完善的清洗裝置是十分必要的。本文在對(duì)汽車、汽車構(gòu)造、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的構(gòu)造、分類，、工作原理、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)氣缸缸蓋和生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行了比較詳細(xì)的闡述的基礎(chǔ)上，論述了汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸蓋生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)裝配進(jìn)氣門清洗裝置的設(shè)計(jì)，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了理論分析和設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。完成了該裝置總體結(jié)構(gòu)及凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)、電機(jī)、帶傳動(dòng)、氣缸及清洗等主要部件的設(shè)計(jì)，為實(shí)現(xiàn)汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)化裝置提供了參考價(jià)值。

ABSTRACT
The automobile is the widest means of transportation nowadays . The automation of the automobile engine assembles the automatic level of production and the degree has limited the automobile to a certain extent. So assemblly the research of the production line to the automobile engine automatically , have very important realistic meanings in improving the production line level. Washing the air inlet in the design of the device, there are several key problems, it is a design of the cam organization which backs down the valve stem at first; Secondly it is motor urging the cam organization to rotate and belt running part; fix job is another important problem, because it gives vent to the air inlet and carry on high-pressure air when washing in air inlet, will overlay upward strength for the air cylinder , so we should do the fix job well .
Once the air inlet has some impurity or dust , it can not result in and sealing tightly, or the phenomenon of leaking gas, will influence the normal work of the engine like this, so it seems especially crucial to the design of the washing device of the air inlet . The design which washes the device is influenced the sealing that the engine jar covered directly, have very great influence on the work of the engine too, so it is very essential to design a set of intact , automobile , engine , operation principle,engine air cylinder jar overlay and production line carry on at the detailed foundation of exposition, overlay the production line to assemble into the design that the valve washed the device automatically after describing the engine jar of the automobile, Have finished the design of such main parts as this device of ensemble architecture and camorganization , electrical machinery , taking the transmission , air cylinder and washing ,etc. It has offered reference value for realizing the automatic device of production line of the automobile engine .
