本設(shè)計(jì)是關(guān)于氣動(dòng)式定尺飛鋸的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。氣動(dòng)式定尺飛鋸機(jī)可用于高速跟蹤自動(dòng)切割鋼管、型材等。具有定尺精度高，設(shè)備可靠性高，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，易于維修等特點(diǎn)。針對(duì)大量中小企業(yè)這一中低端市場(chǎng)， 結(jié)合我國(guó)的國(guó)情, 選定了“氣動(dòng)式定尺飛鋸機(jī)”做為畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的攻關(guān)課題。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括總體方案制定、飛鋸小車運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)方案設(shè)計(jì)、導(dǎo)軌的設(shè)計(jì)、行走小車的結(jié)構(gòu)方案等。在設(shè)計(jì)中結(jié)合我們的專業(yè)知識(shí)，在老師的指導(dǎo)下，完成設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)。

Title The Structural Design of Flying Pneumatic Saw
Abstract
The design is on the pneumatic saw Flying the structural design. Flying saw pneumatic high-speed tracking can be used for automatic cutting steel pipes, profiles and so on. Length with high precision, high reliability, simple structure, easy maintenance and so on. This in response to a large number of small and medium-sized low-end markets, combined with Chinese national conditions, selected the "Flying pneumatic saw" as a graduation project of research subjects. Design includes the overall program development, flying sports car saw the design, structure design, rail design, the structure of the program running, such as cars.
