摘 要
本文分析國內外振打裝置技術的研究現(xiàn)狀和電除塵器振打裝置的工作原理,確定了采用既結合了我國的實際情況,又具有普遍性的側部撓臂錘振打的設計方案。針對目前側部撓臂錘振打存在的一些問題提出改進設計方法。本文利用Solidworks快速建立機械零件的三維實體繪圖和三維裝配這種功能強大的計算機輔助繪圖和設計軟件,對側部撓臂錘振打裝置的各個組成部分進行實體造型設計與裝配,較完善的對側部撓臂錘振打裝置的結構展示和設計。
