摘要
全自動(dòng)送料小車(chē)集聲、光、電、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)于一體,綜合了當(dāng)今科技領(lǐng)域先進(jìn)的理論和應(yīng)用技術(shù)。廣泛應(yīng)用在柔性制造系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)化工廠中,具有運(yùn)輸效率高、節(jié)能、工作可靠、能實(shí)現(xiàn)柔性運(yùn)輸?shù)仍S多優(yōu)點(diǎn),極大的提高生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化程度和生產(chǎn)效率。
本文在分析國(guó)內(nèi)外送料裝置的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了兩后輪獨(dú)立驅(qū)動(dòng)的自動(dòng)送料小車(chē)。其主要設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程是根據(jù)小車(chē)的設(shè)計(jì)要求合理設(shè)計(jì)小車(chē)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu),由小車(chē)的速度選擇合適的直流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī),然后根據(jù)電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速和小車(chē)速度對(duì)蝸桿傳動(dòng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),再由小車(chē)的載荷和速度合理設(shè)計(jì)軸的結(jié)構(gòu)并選用合適的軸承,最后根據(jù)小車(chē)的行駛要求設(shè)計(jì)單片機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)。所設(shè)計(jì)的小車(chē)通過(guò)單片機(jī)控制直流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)向能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)其前進(jìn)、后退、轉(zhuǎn)彎的功能,達(dá)到了沿著設(shè)定的路線行駛的目的。
本次設(shè)計(jì)方案的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是:結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、負(fù)載能力大、平穩(wěn)性好、傳動(dòng)誤差小、轉(zhuǎn)向靈活并且控制簡(jiǎn)便。

Abstract
Automatic Feed Vehicle integrates sound, light, electricity and the computer technology, and synthesizes advanced theory and the application technology in this world. It is applied widely in the flexible manufacturing system and the automated factory, and has the merits of high transportation efficiency, energy conservation, the operation reliable and the flexible transportation. It can enormously increase production automation levels and production efficiency.
Based on analyzing present situation and development of feeding equipment at home and abroad, two wheels of independent drive are designed. The design process of the car includes: mechanical structure design according to the design requirements, choosing direct current motors based on the speed of the car, then making the worm drive design according to the speed of the motors and car, then to design the axis structure and choose the bearings based on the load and speed of the car, at last making the control system of the microprocessors design according to driving request of the car.
This car can realize independence functions of forward recession and turning through the microprocessor controlling speed and steering of the direct current servo motors .It will drive along specific route.
The advantages of design scheme: small in size, great load capacity, smooth driving, small errors of transmission, high maneuverability and convenient operation.
