摘 要
回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺,即帶有可轉(zhuǎn)動的工作臺面、用以裝夾加工工件并實現(xiàn)回轉(zhuǎn)和分度的機械設(shè)備,簡稱為轉(zhuǎn)臺或第四軸。隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,機械加工對加工精度的要求越來越高,而回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺作為鏜床、鉆床、銑床等的重要附件,其性能對加工精度的影響極為顯著。傳統(tǒng)工作臺由于結(jié)構(gòu)、材質(zhì)等條件的限制,已經(jīng)難以滿足日益提高的技術(shù)需求。動靜壓回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺,是在傳統(tǒng)回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺的結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)上,加入一層常轉(zhuǎn)中盤結(jié)構(gòu),并輔以靜壓支承技術(shù),在純液體潤滑工作條件下實現(xiàn)差動回轉(zhuǎn),從而克服如爬行等運動問題,提高回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺的運動精度和抗震能力,擴大工作臺的速度范圍,提高承載能力,使之具有較高的運動平穩(wěn)性,以符合更高的生產(chǎn)要求。本課題主要從主體結(jié)構(gòu)、傳動方式、動靜壓支承等方面探究了動靜壓回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺的工作原理及其實現(xiàn)方式。

Abstract
Rotating table is a mechanical equipment which is for workpiece clamping fixture. With development of modern industry, the demand for machining precision has greatly increased. As an important accessory for machine tools, rotating table has obvious significance on working accuracy. But the traditional rotating table is limited by lagging design and mechanical structure, this leads to a huge disparity between traditional rotating table and increasing technical requirement. Hybrid rotating table is an improvement based on old-fashioned rotating table. Changes in the mechanical structure and hydrostatic support make performance a big progress. Hybrid rotating table works in the pure liquid lubricant condition, and it helps to cover some motion problems like “crawling”. The new design brings better kinematic accuracy and shock resistance, amplifies the range of speed and carrying capacity. It makes hybrid rotating table high stability. This topic is trying to explore the working principle and implementation about hybrid rotating table by means of designing the major structure, kind of drive, dynamic and static pressure bearing.
