摘 要
離合器是汽車傳動系中直接與發(fā)動機(jī)相連接的總成,其主要功用是切斷和實(shí)現(xiàn)對傳動系的動力傳遞,保證汽車起步時(shí)將發(fā)動機(jī)與傳動系平順地接合,確保汽車平穩(wěn)起步;在換擋時(shí)將發(fā)動機(jī)與傳動系分離,減少變速器中換擋齒輪之間的沖擊;在工作中受到大的動載荷時(shí),能限制傳動系所承受的最大轉(zhuǎn)矩,防止傳動系各零件因過載而損壞;有效地降低傳動系中的振動和噪聲。
本文通過對桑塔納vista志俊整車參數(shù)的分析,并在拆裝桑塔納vista志俊轎車膜片彈簧離合器及對其進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對轎車離合器進(jìn)行重新設(shè)計(jì),使得轎車離合器更耐用。首先對轎車離合器的結(jié)構(gòu)型式進(jìn)行合理選擇,主要是對從動盤數(shù)及干濕式的選擇、壓緊彈簧的結(jié)構(gòu)型式及布置和從動盤的結(jié)構(gòu)型式選擇,再進(jìn)行離合器的基本結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸和參數(shù)的選擇及計(jì)算;最后進(jìn)行離合器零件的結(jié)構(gòu)選型及設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,主要是對從動盤總成設(shè)計(jì),壓盤、傳力片的設(shè)計(jì)校核,膜片彈簧主要參數(shù)的選擇、設(shè)計(jì)和強(qiáng)度校核,并繪制離合器零件圖。

ABSTRACT
Clutch is the assembly which is directly connected with engine in the automobile power train. And its main function is to cut off or implement the power transmission in the power train. It ensured the engine and the power train perfectly smooth join together when the automobile starting up and insure the automobile smooth starting up. The clutch is disconnected the engine and the power train when the automobile stage changeover. It reduced the impact between the shift gears of the transmission. When the transmission worked by the great dynamic load, the clutch can limit the breakdown torque of the power train, to prevent the accessory of the power train damage due to overload. It effectively reduced the vibration and noise of the power train.
In this paper, based on the analysis of the Santana vista car parameters, on the basis of dismantle and install diaphragm spring clutch of Santana vista sedans and its structural analysis to redesign the sedan clutch for it makes the design of the car clutch more reasonable. First, we should be choose the structure of the car clutch reasonable. It is mainly choose the structure of the driven disk that wet or dry, the structure of pinched spring and the layout. Than I make sure the choice and design calculation of the clutch structure size and the basic parameters. Finally, I carry on the structure type slection of clutch parts and the design calculation. It is mainly design and checking the driven disk assembly, platen and patch of force. And I make sure diaphragm spring main parameters of the selection, design, strength check and draw the clutch detail drawing.
