摘要:本鑄錠機用于鋅液的鑄錠,與熔鋅感應(yīng)電爐配套使用。本鑄錠機是通過舀鋅機構(gòu)將電爐內(nèi) 鋅液舀入錠模中,主要通過自然冷卻方式(當(dāng)速度較快時,可輔以風(fēng)機強制冷卻)來使鋅液凝固成 鋅錠,并在頭輪位置脫模,沿卸錠輥道滑落到碼錠臺之上,除了碼錠及扒皮(將剛剛澆入錠模中的 鋅液表面的氧化皮清除,俗稱“扒皮” )須人工操作外,其余過程全部為自動化操作。鑄錠機由尾 輪及張裝裝置、機架、錠模組、打印裝置、鏈條、傳動裝置、頭輪裝置、碰撞架、卸錠輥道、舀鋅 機構(gòu)、風(fēng)機、電控箱十二部分組成。本說明書主要是對鑄錠機的鏈條、錠模組和機架進行分析計算 與設(shè)計的基本說明。 關(guān)鍵詞:鑄錠機 鏈條 錠模組 機架 分析計算與設(shè)計 Zinc linear ingot casting machine Abstract:The machine is used for ingot casting of liquid zinc ,and supporting the use of molten zinc induction furnace . This ingot casting machine is through scoop the zinc organization the zinc fluid of the electric stove scoops up into the spindle module ,mainly through modules of natural cooling way (when fast, can be supplemented by fan forced cooling) to make liquid zinc solidified into zinc ingots, and in the first round, the place stripping down to discharge ingot roller ,along spindle unloading roller slide to the code spindle units above,in addition to code ingots and strips (to be just poured into the ingot mold in the liquid surface of zinc oxide removal, commonly known as "strips") must be artificially operating outside, the rest of the process all for automation. Ingot casting machine is composed by the rear wheel and tensioning device , rack, spindle modules, print devices, chain, transmission device, the first round of the device, the collision planes, unloading roller spindles, scoop the zinc organization, fans, electric control box 12 parts. This instruction booklet is mainly to the ingot casting machine chain link, the spindle module and the rack to the analysis calculates and designs.
