摘 要
根據(jù)耳機(jī)支架塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),介紹了其模具的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,采用點(diǎn)澆口形式,提高了產(chǎn)品的表面質(zhì)量;采用斜滑塊內(nèi),外側(cè)向抽芯及斜頂塊結(jié)構(gòu)不但使其模具布局合理,而且解決了難出模的問(wèn)題。最后,還詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了其模具的工作過(guò)程。塑料成型就是將各種形狀的塑料原料(粉料,粒料,溶液,分散體)制成所需形狀或坯件的過(guò)程.塑料成型的方法很多,如注塑,吹塑,擠出等.而注塑成型以其能成型高尺寸精度,高復(fù)雜性的制品和高效率占有重要一席。
塑料注塑成型過(guò)程是塑料原料從注塑機(jī)的料斗進(jìn)入加熱筒,經(jīng)塑化后由拄塞或螺桿推動(dòng),再一地壓力下通過(guò)噴嘴注入模具型腔.經(jīng)冷卻固化后開(kāi)模而獲得成品.除極少數(shù)幾種塑件外,幾乎所有塑件都可以注塑成型,踞有關(guān)資料統(tǒng)計(jì),注塑制品占所有模具塑件總產(chǎn)量的三分之一;注塑模具占塑料模具數(shù)量的二分之一以上,注塑成型制品的應(yīng)用已十分廣泛,并隨著塑料原料的不斷改進(jìn),已逐步代替原來(lái)的金屬和非金屬材料的制品,發(fā)展注塑模具大有可為。

Abstrace
According to the structural characteristics of earphone bracket,the design process of its mold is introduced.By using pin-point gate,appearance quality of the product is improved;by using inner and outer side-core slides and angled-lift structures,the layout of the mold is made reasonably and the difficulty of demoulding is solved.Finally,The work process of the mold is elaborated.
The plastic injection molding process is plastic raw material enters the heating muff from injection molding machine's hopper, after plasticizing by leans on fills or the screw rod impels, under a place pressure pours into the mold die space again through the spray nozzle. Solidifies after cooling the die sinking obtains the end product. Besides few several kinds model, nearly all models to be possible the injection molding, secludes the pertinent data statistics, the injection molding product occupies all molds to model an ultimate output 1/3; The injection mold accounts for the plastic mold quantity above 1/2, injection molding product application already very widespread, and along with the plastic raw material's unceasing improvement, has replaced the original metal and the nonmetallic material product gradually, the development injection mold has bright prospects.
