2019-2020年高中英語 Unit1(Wele部分)教案 譯林牛津版必修4 教 材:牛津高中英語(模塊四)高一下學期 文檔內(nèi)容:教學設計—教案 單 元:Unit 1 Advertising 板 塊:Wele to the unit 課堂設計指導思想: 本堂課以聽說為主,是整個單元的第一課時,是對整個單元的導入,應起到引導學生對本單元主題即廣告業(yè)和廣告產(chǎn)生情趣。首先通過讓學生欣賞若干精彩的英文廣告以激發(fā)他們的情趣;接著通過課本提供的六張圖片讓學生初步了解廣告的基本分類及其相關目的。學生應積極參與到上述活動中,并在活動中到達操練口語的目的;與此同時,有關 “地球日”和“禁毒”內(nèi)容的公益廣告有利于培養(yǎng)學生的高尚情操和社會責任感,這也有助于達成新課程標準中有關情感態(tài)度的目標要求。 Teaching aims: 1. To enjoy some beautiful advertisements and have a general idea of advertisements. 2. To talk about the four advertisements and get some ideas of the two main types of ads and their respective purposes. 3. To get involved in the discussion and practice spoken English. Teaching procedures: Step 1 lead-in The teacher shows the students several beautiful advertisements, among which are both mercial advertisements and public service advertisements. 【設計說明】在我們的日常生活中,廣告隨處可見。教師在此處選擇了較有代表性的,貼近中學生生活的,學生喜聞樂見的廣告作品。以此激發(fā)學生對廣告的強烈興趣,調(diào)動學生進一步了解和學習廣告知識的積極性,為完成后續(xù)的教學任務作好鋪墊。 Step 2 Brainstorming Ask students to have a brainstorm and then answer the following two questions: 1. Where can we find these ads? 2. Why do you like these ads? 【設計說明】讓學生通過頭腦風暴來回答上述兩個問題,一方面可作為進一步的的熱身活動,同時也可檢測學生對廣告呈現(xiàn)方式的了解,讓學生在尋找問題答案的過程中獲得成功的喜悅。 Step 3 Observation Ask students to focus on the four advertisements on Page1. Encourage the students to form pairs and discuss the contents of each one and try to divide the four advertisements into two parts. Thus, encourage the students to pay attention to the functions of the mercial advertisements and public service advertisements. 【設計說明】通過鼓勵學生結對討論每幅廣告畫的內(nèi)容,提高學生的觀察能力,獲取基本的廣告知識,即廣告可分為商業(yè)廣告和公益廣告兩大類,并激勵學生進一步關注這兩類廣告的功能。另一方面,能增進學生對社會的了解,并在此基礎上增強他們的社會責任感,有利于培養(yǎng)學生積極向上的良好的情感態(tài)度。 Step 4 Discussion and speaking Organize the students into four groups and ask each group to talk about one of the four pictures in front of the whole class. Each group should choose one representative to present their ideas to the whole class. The three questions can help the students to start the discussion. 【設計說明】組織學生分組討論可擴大操練面,在小組內(nèi)所有學生可各抒己見,學生陳述自己觀點的過程即練習口語的過程。然后各小組代表再集中本組的意見在全班展示,在這一過程中,不僅陳述者得到了很好的鍛煉機會,全班同學也可獲取更多有關“地球日”和“禁毒”的信息。 Step 5 More ads for you to discuss Provide the students more meaningful and interesting advertisements and encourage them to think about an appropriate slogan for each one. 【設計說明】這一環(huán)節(jié)可作為與本課起始時導入環(huán)節(jié)的呼應,可進一步調(diào)動學生學習廣告知識的熱情,幫助學生為下一課時的學習做好準備。 Step 6 Homework Ask students to look for more information about ads and make good preparations for the reading part. The students can surf the net if they have access to it. 【設計說明】鼓勵學生利用網(wǎng)絡等有效學習資源了解更多有關廣告的知識,在鞏固本堂課所學內(nèi)容的同時,為下一堂課鋪設平臺。 高考練兵場 閱讀理解(共20小題;每小題2分,滿分40分) 閱讀下列四篇短文,從每題所給的四個選項(A、B/C和D)中,選出最佳選項,并在答題卡上將該項涂黑。 A We live in central Phoenix, near the canal. Every day I used to see a homeless old man and his scruffy little dog hanging out down there. I would tell my husband we should give him food for the little dog. It wouldnt have been a problem; we have our own "mini farm" of animals! But he would say "OK!" and then blow the idea off because of our business. Being in Phoenix, Arizona, you can just imagine how hot it gets here, but his winter was really chilly! I had just e from KFC with take-out food for dinner. I told him he ws so wele, and then went home. When my husband dug into the KFC gag he asked, "Were you hungry, or what?" I told him what I did and he said, "Only you!" Then he told me I had done a good thing. A few weeks later, we were walking along the canal and found the man walking to me, with his little dog. He asked whether I would mind adopting the dog. With tears in eyes, he said it had gotten too hard for him to care for the dog. He added that he was planning on heading to Washington State but his dog wouldnt have been up to it, so he hoped to give it to me. "Only you! In this city, you are the only person I can believe in!" Now, every time I watch and pat the puppy lying near the fireplace, I will recall the old mans words and wish him good luck. 26.
