摘 要隨著汽車維修行業(yè)的發(fā)展,車輪拆裝機的需求量也在增加。但我國的拆裝機和發(fā)達國家相比還存在著巨大的差距,主要表現(xiàn)為產品可靠性差,壽命短,性能不夠穩(wěn)定,故障多及自動化水平低等。本課題設計生產的機器—快速車輪拆裝機兼拆胎,裝胎一體,拆裝機轉盤的轉動采用電機驅動,本次設計將松胎、卡爪的松緊兩部分的動力設備統(tǒng)一為氣壓機,它對于其他機械系統(tǒng)來說具有結構簡單,易制造,容易實現(xiàn)自鎖以及可以簡單地把充氣功能附加上去等優(yōu)點,這對于改善汽車維修行業(yè)工作條件具有現(xiàn)實意義。設計的內容包括:拆裝機的結構設計、輪胎拆裝機控制系統(tǒng)的設計。設計主要分為四個部分:第一部分是緒論,第二部分是車輪拆裝機的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢,第三部分是設計方案的擬定,第四部分是設計研究的內容。最后還包括結束語、致謝和參考文獻。關鍵詞:輪胎拆裝機、自動化、氣動、控制、 Abstract With the development of the vehicle maintenance industry, the demand for aircraft wheels of entry has also increased.
